Allied Gold has been producing jewellery for over 40 years in our London and Hertfordshire workshops. We pride ourselves on our quality of service and manufacturing, with each piece handmade by our skilled workshop team.

The Role

We are looking for a Production Coordinator in Fine Jewellery to join our growing team.

The Production Coordinator is an integral part of our oUice team, being the conduit between our retail partners, suppliers, and our workshops, who is responsible for our diamond & gemstone set products.

The role involves daily management of all fine jewellery orders, including but not limited to:

Supplier liaison
Quality control
Stock level management
Sample requests
Returns & repairs
Pricing & invoicing

Requirements

Ideally 2 year’s experience within a similar role
Fine Jewellery Experience is essential
Knowledge of diamonds & gemstones
High level of quality control
Meticulous eye for detail
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
