We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Co-Ordinator and Operator to join our dynamic, young, and hungry team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative and technical environment and is passionate about jewellery design and production.

πŸ’Ό Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in bringing their designs to CAD by providing both technical support and creative input.
  • Perform 3D scanning for clients to capture detailed design data.
  • Operate and maintain our laser engraving equipment.
  • Handle client transactions and process payments efficiently.
  • Utilise Rhino 3D software to anaylise CADs.
  • Manage the packaging and dispatch of client parcels.
  • Coordinate job assignments with our CAD team, overseeing the management of design projects and ensuring deadlines are met using tools like Trello.

  • Basic knowledge of Rhino.
  • A willingness to learn and operate laser engravers and 3D scanning technology.
  • An understanding of Jewellery design and manufacturing.

We work closely with jewellers to create amazing one-off pieces and produce collections within the industry. Our Aim is to produce high quality designs that will go on to be printed and casted.
