77 Diamonds is a dynamic company already established as the leading European diamond ecommerce retailer specialising in diamond jewellery.

We’re looking for a Production Co-ordinator to join our friendly and fast-paced team.

This role would suit someone with previous production experience, is organised and has excellent attention to detail. 

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage orders using our in-house systems
• Check order invoices when receiving stock into the system, ensuring all details and pricing are accurate
• Liaise with suppliers and assist with resolving any supplier-related queries
• Log and accurately manage stock
• Prepare workflow for workshop, ensuring jobs are organised and ready for production
• Assist with quality control (QC) and ensure production standards are maintained
• Respond to day to day enquiries
• Assist team members with overflow tasks and provide support across the wider production team
• Support with general administration and other ad hoc tasks as required

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in production, ideally with a strong technical understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine can-do attitude
• The ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong IT and technical skills, with the confidence to learn and work across different systems
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues when required
• An interest in improving processes and finding more efficient ways of working

You’ll need to be comfortable working in a busy environment, switching between production, administration, QC and customer-related queries while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
