77 Diamonds is a dynamic company and the leading European diamond ecommerce retailer specialising in diamond jewellery.

We currently have an opening for a Production Co-ordinator to join our friendly team.

This role would suit a person who is used to working in a fast-paced environment. It's a great opportunity for a person with good technical skills to use their knowledge and skills to initiate change, innovate processes.

Responsibilities

Responsible for processing all orders on in-house system
Liaise with suppliers
Log and manage stock
Work closely with the product developer to replace/modify masters as and when necessary
Assist with projects to improve systems and processes
Assist with admin tasks. QC, ad hoc tasks as required

The ideal candidate

The successful candidate must have the following attributes:

Background in Production and good technical understanding of jewellery manufacturing process
Attention to detail is key as well as a good head for figures
Motivated team player with a ‘can-do attitude’
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadline
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
