Production & Client Coordinator

Ryan Nelson London

Hatton Garden, London

About Ryan Nelson London

Ryan Nelson London is a growing bespoke jewellery studio based in Hatton Garden, specialising in high end, handcrafted pieces - from clean cut solitaires to intricate, hand built commissions.

We combine traditional craftsmanship with a modern mindset and are building a team that values quality, clarity, and collaboration in equal measure.

As we expand, we’re looking for a Production & Client Coordinator - someone organised, personable, and confident communicating with both clients and makers, while fully understanding what it takes to create fine jewellery by hand.

The Role

This is a key position, bridging design, production, and client communication.

You’ll ensure a smooth workflow from concept through to final polishing - reviewing CADs, preparing jobs for the bench, and proactively keeping clients informed with clear, accurate updates.

You’ll protect the workshop’s time by ensuring that information is correct before it reaches the bench, and help uphold the high standards the studio is known for.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and organise client briefs, feedback, and approvals
  • Communicate timelines and progress clearly and confidently
  • Review CAD designs for correct structure, feasibility, and setting considerations
  • Work collaboratively with the CAD team to resolve technical issues early
  • Prepare job sheets, print files, reference images and materials for handover
  • Maintain accurate workflow tracking in Trello
  • Monitor deadlines and capacity across two workshops
  • Assist with collections, deliveries, and dispatch paperwork

Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of how fine jewellery is made — fabrication, casting, and stone-setting considerations
  • Experience in a jewellery production, CAD, or project coordination role
  • Familiarity with jewellery CAD software (Matrix, Rhino or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication skills — friendly, confident, and clear
  • Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure
  • Positive, collaborative approach — you enjoy being part of a team

What We Offer

  • Creative Variety — exposure to both trade work and bespoke commissions
  • Team Environment — a friendly and skilled team across two Hatton Garden studios
  • Room to Grow — real development potential as the business continues to scale
  • Supportive Culture — kind, driven colleagues who care about quality
