Position Overview

As a Jewellery Production Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our finishing process, transforming our raw castings into polished treasure. From crafting delicate pieces to finishing chunkier designs, you'll play a vital role in bringing our designs to life and ensuring quality standards are met. The role is fast paced and detail oriented.

Key Responsibilities

Utilise a variety of techniques, including soldering, sanding, polishing, to create high-quality jewellery pieces.
Ensure every piece of jewellery leaves your bench looking DIVINE.
Flag any issues with orders as early as possible.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
Contribute ideas for process improvements and finishing solutions.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in jewellery production is required.
Delivering exceptional quality in every piece.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Attention to detail, organization, proactivity, accountability, humility and a sense of humor.
Right to work in the UK.
