As our Product Customisation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience, tailoring our products to meet their specific needs and preferences and providing expert advice on product possibilities. You will work collaboratively with our production and marketing teams to ensure customised products are feasible and meet our high standards.
You will develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our product line and capabilities, staying current on industry trends and customer preferences and be able to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
You will need to be an effective communicator; communicating effectively with customers, other teams and suppliers throughout the customisation process to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to
- Research and implement business plan cases for potential new developments.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of customisation products, from concept through to development, launch, and ongoing refinement ensuring the customisation services evolve to meet market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure timely delivery of customisation projects.
- Manage timelines and resources for customisation product initiatives.
