Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Polisher to join our small team in Kent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for polishing, plating and finishing products to an exceptional standard. The role involves working at a lathe, using various polishing tools, materials and techniques to ensure a high quality finish. As we are a small team of skilled craftsmen there will always be opportunities to learn on the job.

Key Duties

Operate and maintain polishing machines and hand tools to finish silver pieces to a high standard.
Silver and gold plate items as required.
Be responsible for maintaining the plating room and ensure chemicals are kept safe.
Maintain a tidy and safe working environment at all times.
Have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Hours

8am – 4.30pm / Monday - Friday

About Us

Stuart Ray Ltd is a silverware and trophy manufacturer based in Kent. We have recently moved to a newly renovated and larger workshop and are keen to take on new staff to fill up the space. We supply mainly to the trade and predominately manufacture silver and brass plated sporting trophies and tableware. We are a small team and are passionate about what do and we work extremely hard to supply the growing trade.
