About the Role

We want you to be sublimely customer-service focused and truly excited by contemporary jewellery. You will ensure the customer experience is nothing short of excellent by being knowledgeable, proactive, supporting the front of house working as a team to create the ultimate customer experience.

Serving customers, regular visual merchandising changes to make sure our displays always look great, keeping the shop looking tidy & inviting including an everyday in-depth clean.
Assisting on inventory management workflow: making sure our ever changing stock is ordered, checked in, photography prep, priced and put on display.
Stock checking of packaging.
Repairs, customer service (via email and phone).
Make sure security processes are followed.
Ensure web orders are processed in a timely and professional manner.
Being a source of knowledge of our jewellers methods and techniques to ensure customer queries are dealt with accurately and professionally.

Skills, Experience and Competencies

Essential
- Jewellery making & stone knowledge
- Customer service experience
- Good attention to detail
- Proven ability to be well organised
- Strong verbal and written English
- Interest in jewellery design
- Available to work Mondays & Tuesdays plus occasional weekends (additional days around Christmas and other busy periods - including Sundays)

Advantageous
- Previous experience in similar roles/companies
- Stock management experience
