L'Atelier de Pino Spitaleri is now seeking an Office / Production Manager for its atelier on Old Bond Street, London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the allocation, scheduling, tracking, and quality control of fine jewellery moving through the workshop.
  • Manage the production process to ensure client due dates and internal deadlines are consistently met.
  • Brief the workshop teams and craftspeople on their allocations, managing and prioritising workloads to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Accurately cost and invoice for all pieces.
  • Prepare customer quotes for clients.
  • Handle overseas shipments using Malca and FedEx.
  • Make deliveries to Hatton Garden for supplies.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.

About the Candidate

To ensure a smooth manufacturing process, exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills are required.

You must be a proactive, calm, personable, and persuasive problem-solver who can handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Accuracy, organisation, and efficiency, combined with a keen eye for detail, are essential attributes for success in this role.

Your Experience

While experience within the jewellery sector and familiarity with the jewellery manufacturing process would be advantageous, it is not essential.

Candidates with transferable skills from previous roles in quality control, production management, or similar industries (whether within or outside the jewellery industry) will also be considered.
