As we continue to grow, we are expanding our workshop team and seeking a skilled Mounter to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise to a collaborative and creative environment, and to contribute to the making of distinctive, timeless jewellery pieces.

Role Overview

As a Mounter Goldsmith at Cece Jewellery, you will be responsible for producing fine quality mounts to the highest standard. Working closely with our amazing Sharron (!), you will play a key role in ensuring precision, durability, and beauty in every piece.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture and assemble fine jewellery mounts to exact specifications.
Work with a variety of precious metals including gold and platinum.
Collaborate with designers and setters to bring concepts to life.
Maintain high standards of finish and craftsmanship across all work.
Support the development and efficiency of the workshop as the team grows.
Contribute to problem-solving and new design development where required.
Ensure all work is completed to deadlines while maintaining quality.

Requirements

Proven experience as a skilled Mounter/Goldsmith, ideally within a high-end jewellery workshop.
Excellent technical ability and precision in hand skills.
Experience working with fine jewellery and precious metals.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small but growing team.
Enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated to contribute to the growth of the brand.
