We are a multi-brand jewellery company with two busy studios in the UK. Our clients are across the UK and US.

We are seeking high quality Mounters and Senior Mounters to work as a key part of our Birmingham Production team. The role is integral to our production workflow and the right candidate will show meticulous attention to detail when carrying out their work.

You will work on high end jewellery consisting of repeatable ranges and bespoke pieces in all precious metals. The studio is well equipped and a positive working environment. The right candidates will have opportunity to develop their skills and progress within the business.

The Role/s

We are seeking 2x high performing Mounters and Senior Mounters to work as a part of our Birmingham Studio Production team.

The ideal people will have ‘can do’ attitudes, communicate well and be a team player.

The Jewellery Mounter role is integral to our production workflow. Mounters carry out all manufacturing tasks, including cleaning and assembling castings, resizing, polishing and custom work. Our standards are high - and we expect you to constantly strive for the very best.

Job Requirements

Ability to work quickly & efficiently
At least 1-2 years bench experience, preferably more.
Laser-welding experience
Cleaning and assembling castings of all metals to a high level
Resizing rings of all styles
Exceptional eye for detail
Strong work ethic
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Follow company policies as laid out in the Staff Handbook and Health and Safety Policies at all times (e.g lateness/sickness etc)
