We currently have an opening for a Logistics Assistant to join our business.

We are looking for a reliable and organised Logistics Assistant to join our London team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily dispatch operations using our preferred couriers
Print shipping labels, pack orders, and sort packages for dispatch
Send shipment confirmation emails to customers and clients
Handle same-day deadline confirmations and urgent enquiries
Monitor and control pre-alert emails
Respond to logistics and delivery-related enquiries
Maintain packaging supplies and replenish stock levels
Support the team with ad hoc operational duties as required

Skills & Experience

Previous logistics, warehouse, or dispatch experience preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and email communication
Team player with a proactive attitude
Ability to lift and move packages when required
