Fernando Jorge is Brazilian-born fine jewellery designer widely considered to be amongst the brightest emerging talents in the jewellery and fashion worlds alike.

Fernando worked for almost ten years in key design roles for various Brazilian jewellery labels before moving to London for an MA in Jewellery Design at Central Saint Martins. His first eponymous collection, launched in 2010, was received with critical acclaim and the designer subsequently established his brand in the UK.

Fernando Jorge is looking for a Junior to join the business full time at the Mayfair, London based studio. Working alongside Fernando and his team, the successful applicant will support the busy and challenging logistics and operations department.

Suitable applicants will be excellent communicators capable of working collaboratively with all internal departments.

This is a new role that's ideal for someone just starting out and an excellent opportunity to learn.

Main Duties

Sales Support:

Support sales team with setting up the showroom and packing up end of day
Runner between showroom/4th floor office
High level of stock awareness to assist with sales/stock integrity
Showroom support during meetings

Logistics Support:

Supporting the Logistics and Operations department on day to activities
Booking and tracking couriers
Hallmarking (Assay Office) assistance
Packing shipments
Certificates of authenticity
Stock take assistance
Deliveries as required

Skills / Experience

Required:

Strong communication skills
Good timekeeping
Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
Organised with an eye for detail
Happy to roll your sleeves up and help other team members as and when required

Desired:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and macOS
