We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Jewellery Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting the Studio Manager and ensuring seamless operations while delivering outstanding customer experiences in-store. The ideal candidate will be sales-driven, well-organised, and skilled in managing both customer-facing and operational tasks with a proven track record in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Engagement:
  • Deliver exceptional sales outcomes with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Engage directly with customers in-store, offering knowledgeable and personalised service.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to drive store sales and loyalty.
  • Support Studio Management:
  • Assist the Studio Manager with coordinating daily operations and administrative duties.
  • Provide backup support to maintain smooth workflow and production processes.
  • Store Operations and Merchandising:
  • Conduct regular store upkeep reviews, ensuring a clean and inviting environment including maintaining our beautiful plants.
  • Implement effective merchandising strategies to optimise product displays and enhance the shopping experience.

Customer Service
• Manage email correspondence and phone enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Address customer issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Website and Digital Presence

  • Update and maintain the company website to reflect current product offerings and promotions.
  • Ensure online content is accurate, engaging, and aligns with brand standards.
  • Sourcing and Inventory Management:
  • Monitor inventory levels on the shop floor and liaise with the Studio Manager to help predict stock needs. Ensure timely restocking and accurate record-keeping of inventory levels.
  • Source and manage all office supplies and oversee service and utility contracts.

Wholesale Management

  • Oversee the full cycle of wholesale orders, from initial client outreach to final delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate processing and delivery of wholesale orders.
  • Prepare and manage invoicing for wholesale transactions, ensuring all financial documents are precise and timely.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales role with a strong customer-facing focus, ideally within the jewellery or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to build customer rapport.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Canva, Photoshop
  • Experience of Shopify, CRM and organisational software useful

About Us

Rachel Entwistle is the award-winning designer and founder of Rachel Entwistle Jewellery.

Based between London and Ibiza Rachel has studios in both locations. The London store has an in-house team of jewellers and she works closely with skilled artisans in Hatton Garden London's jewellery quarter as well as with a skilled production and stone cutting team in Jaipur, India.  Rachel works with precious metals and gem stones and uses ethically sourced and recycled materials.
