Michael Platt Jewellers is a long-established name in bespoke fine jewellery, renowned for craftsmanship, exceptional service, and exquisite pieces. Located in the heart of Wimbledon Village, our boutique is a destination for discerning customers seeking luxury, heritage, and personal attention.

We are currently looking for a passionate and polished Part Time Sales Associate to join our close-knit team for 3 days a week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a love of fine jewellery, an eye for detail, and a natural ability to connect with high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional, tailored customer experience for every client
Confidently assist with sales of high-value, bespoke, and luxury jewellery
Maintain excellent product knowledge, including gemstones, metals, and custom design processes
Support day-to-day boutique operations, including visual merchandising, presentation, and inventory care
Build lasting client relationships through trust, discretion, and service excellence

About You

Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally in jewellery, watches, fashion, or a premium lifestyle brand
Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
Passion for fine jewellery and an appreciation for craftsmanship
Confident, warm, and approachable with a customer-first mindset
Able to work independently and as part of a small, dedicated team

The Details

Part time: 3 days per week
Competitive salary based on experience - £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

Based in store at our Wimbledon Village boutique
