We are a small, highly regarded jewellery designer maker, known for our exceptional craftsmanship, bespoke designs, and loyal local customers.

As we look to the future, we are seeking an experienced Head Jeweller & Creative Director to lead our workshop, inspire our team, and shape the next chapter of our brand.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position for an accomplished jeweller who is equally skilled at the bench and in business. You’ll oversee every aspect of the creative and operational process - from design and production to client relationships and strategy - ensuring our brand continues to thrive while maintaining our reputation for quality and artistry.

Key Responsibilities

Jewellery Making & Design: Lead by example at the bench, producing and overseeing the creation of fine, handmade pieces to the highest standards.
Creative Direction: Set and execute the creative vision for the brand, developing new collections and bespoke commissions that reflect our identity.
Customer Collaboration: Work directly with clients to design one-of-a-kind pieces, offering a personal and engaging creative experience.
Business & Strategy: Contribute to the strategic growth of the company, identifying opportunities for expansion and innovation.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small, skilled team of jewellers and support staff, fostering collaboration, craftsmanship, and professional development.

About You

Minimum 10 years’ experience as a professional jeweller.
Confident working with and managing a small, close-knit team and a willingness to work in a Retail environment.
Passionate about craftsmanship, creativity, and customer experience.
A long-term vision to grow an established, respected jewellery brand.
