K Bassam Jewellers is a well established, award winning, independent jewellers based in the West Midlands for over 30 years. We have 3 shops - Stourbridge, Kidderminster and Bromsgrove. Our retail shop is inclusive of both refurbished vintage and antique pieces and curated new contemporary items as well as on site repair workshops in all stores.

We are seeking an expert Bench Jeweller with a comprehensive skill set in jewellery repair, model making, and mounting.

This role is not just about craftsmanship; it’s about becoming a key player in our passionate retail team.

Key Responsibilities

Performing all aspects of jewellery repair with precision and care.
Creating detailed models and mounts for a variety of jewellery pieces.
Providing support to our retail team, enhancing the customer experience.
Flexibility to travel between our three store locations as needed.

Requirements

Extensive experience in jewellery repair and model making.
Proficiency in mounting techniques and working with a variety of materials.
Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with the retail team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Own transport is essential for inter-store travel.

Hours

Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday.

About us

We specialise in all aspects of jewellery and watch repairs and services.

All 3 of our retail shops have onsite workshops with experienced jewellers – each masters in their own areas of expertise, enabling us to take on a wide variety of specialist repairs. We aim to complete standard repairs on a same day service and all other more specialist repairs within an efficient timescale.
