We are an independent retail shop located in the heart of Chester City Centre, just under the famous Eastgate Clock. We have a small, well equipped workshop based above the shop and a female lead management team.

We are looking for a reliable, friendly individual to join our small team. Although the job is primarily workshop based, there would be a small amount of customer interaction require during busy periods.

This is a bench role so we would need someone who is used to working with a range of metals, from sterling silver to platinum.

Skills Required

Good communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
To work in an organised, clean and tidy manner
Be proficient in standard repairs
General repairs skills such as chain repairs, ring re-sizings and re claws
Carry out high quality polishing and rhodium plating
Setting experience would be preferable
Laser welder experience would be helpful but it isn't essential

Hours

Full Time (Tuesday - Saturday) but would consider part time, with a minimum of 3 days

Salary

Dependant on experience
