Workshop support & collaboration

  • Working closely with the Bespoke Jewellery Operations Manager to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ordering materials and maintaining workshop stock levels
  • Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure safe and efficient working
  • Supporting the workshop team with web orders during busy periods
  • Preparing wax ring blanks for ring-making workshops and occasionally assisting with or running workshops at weekends
  • Assisting with behind-the-scenes making content for social media

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of professional jewellery making experience
  • Strong experience working on high-value jewellery, particularly engagement rings
  • Confident stone setter, with a focus on claw, flush and bezel settings
  • Wax carving experience preferred

  • Highly organised, reliable and comfortable working to deadlines
  • A collaborative team player with a thoughtful, detail-led approach to craftsmanship

What We Offer

  • A friendly, supportive and collaborative workshop environment
  • The opportunity to work within a sustainable, female-led jewellery brand
  • 28 days annual leave (pro rata for contract length)
