Pravins Ltd, one of the UK’s leading independent jewellers is a family-owned business within the luxury jewellery industry is currently recruiting for a new position within the Head Office Team. The business was established in 1969 and has an excellent reputation in the jewellery industry, founded on quality and exceptional customer service.

Role Purpose

A full time position within the Production Team at Pravins' Head Office in North London.

This role will involve supporting all aspects of the Pravins Production Team activities including client repairs processing and monitoring, valuations, quality control, liaising with suppliers, workshops and our stores.

Key Responsibilities

Processing and monitoring all client repairs
Quality assurance by inspecting each workshop delivery ensuring repairs adhere to Pravins specifications
Liaising with suppliers and workshops and ensuring deadlines are met
Cost calculation and data entry of repaired items
Liaising with Pravins’ boutiques on progression of client repairs
Calculating and typing up client valuations
To support the Production Team with Ad Hoc administrative tasks

Candidate Requirements

Outstanding communication and organisational skills
Excellent time and self-management
Proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to work under pressure
Passion and drive to excel and exceed client expectations
Attention to detail with speed and accuracy
Comfortable with Microsoft Windows and Office software
