Contemporary British Silversmiths are looking for a part time, freelance Administrator to help manage the day-to-day business of the association.

Good communication and interpersonal skills are key to acting as a first point of contact for the general membership and liaising with the Executive team and General Committee.

A comprehensive knowledge of Google Workspace and associated programmes is desirable, as well as experience and skill in managing databases and setting up and managing systems. Some experience of website management would also be helpful.

Contemporary British Silversmiths is a growing collective of silversmiths and metalworkers, both professional and student, and those connected to or with an interest in the industry, with a current membership of approximately 200 spread throughout the UK. Knowledge of the subject and industry is not essential, although a willingness and curiosity to gain some understanding could be beneficial.
