The Museum of London shop and designer-maker charity Craft Central have teamed up for the first time to create a special pop-up store for Christmas.

The collaboration will offer shoppers a festive destination to buy original, stylish and handcrafted gifts for friends and family.

Opening on 14th November, the pop-up will feature 10 independent designer-makers, specially selected by the Museum and Craft Central, selling handcrafted jewellery, ceramics, stationery, homewares, prints and paper craft all made in the UK with most made in London.

For more original gifts, browse the Museum of London shop for a number of exclusive products including ‘Heart London’ prints and tote bags by print artists Alfred & Wilde; the Cheapside Hoard-inspired jewellery range; Suffragette print accessories; and the woodcut ‘Great Fire of London’ range including cushions, bags, tea towels and notebooks.

Christmas shoppers can also enjoy an extra Yuletide treat if they visit the Museum of London’s Victorian-style Santa’s Grotto. Open from 2nd to 23rd December families of under 5s can pre-book to meet Santa and receive a special gift. Tickets cost from £7, including gift, book online at www.museumoflondon.org.uk
