MADE LONDON – CANARY WHARF returns to the beautiful East Wintergarden at the end of March 2019 Bringing the best contemporary designer makers in the country to the heart of Canary Wharf.
The show will run for 4 days and showcase about 100 exhibitors.
The venue is the East Wintergarden at Canary Wharf. A soaring vaulted parabolic glass arch designed by Cesar Pelli. The Wintergarden is in the heart of Canary Wharf between Jubilee Park and South Dock and is above Jubilee Place shopping centre.
There will be a cafe in the fair itself serving coffee and snacks. Refreshments can be bought from any of Canary Wharf’s various bars, cafes and restaurants and will be allowed into the venue. Canary Wharf has one of the United Kingdom’s largest, collections of Public Art. For a fascinating self-guided walk pick up an Art Map in the pavilion.
What to expect - a friendly, relaxed, highest quality contemporary craft and design fair, where the makers themselves meet the public to discuss inspirations, design processes and future projects, enabling maker / consumer relationships. Work can be bought at the fair or commissions can be taken.
