Who’s responsible for ensuring human rights and who determines compliance?
How can protective legislation and statutes such as Dodd-Frank and OECD guidance be implemented while avoiding unintended negative impacts?

We’ll explore case studies to understand what success in human rights looks like and how to achieve it in the mining sector.
