The Get Stoned Gem Fair brings together 12 amazing gem suppliers and services all under one roof to dazzle you with their latest gems, talks by the fantastic founders and finish the day with drinks and networking!

A bountiful and sparkling array of gemstones and gem-resources by an amazing line-up of suppliers will assemble at the Lighthouse Venue in Brighton. Along with a huge range of gemstones from companies including Nineteen48, Misfit Diamonds and Natural Spinels, you can also discover resources and services to turn you from a gem enthusiast to a gemmological expert!
The day will also feature a series of talks including “Why is that Gemstone so Cheap” by Gemmology expert, Kerry Gregory and insights into ethical gemstone sourcing by Stuart Pool. All followed by evening drinks to network with fellow gem lovers and jewellers!

Stuary Pool
Stuart is a specialist in responsibly mined and fully traceable coloured gemstones, mainly sourced directly from mines in Sri Lanka and Tanzania. He runs gem trading companies Nineteen48 and Crown Gems, as well as being one of the co-founders of Fair Luxury a group focused on positive change in the jewellery industry and a key member of the Moyo Gemstones project.
Sanni Falkenberg
Sanni Falkenberg is a self-taught gemstone carver with over a decade of experience in carving semiprecious gemstones. Sanni studied jewellery design at the University for Creative Arts, Rochester, and picked up gemstone carving while on her student exchange in Idar-Oberstein, Germany, the well-known centre of lapidary and gemstones. Despite of the exchange period only lasting for a couple of months it was enough to spark a lifelong passion for gemstone carving.
Kerry Gregory, Gemmology Rocks
Anyone who has met Kerry Gregory, knows she’s a one woman whirlwind, passionate, funny and motivating, and her presentations are always fast paced, practical and entertaining. Kerry has delivered presentations, to critical acclaim, to many organisations and associations in Europe and the US, including; The National Association of Jewellers, The Jewellery Valuers Association, The Scottish Gemworld International and The Hard Rock Mineral Show Denver.
Emma Perry, Emerald Studio
Emerald Studio is a fine jewellery platform for contemporary jewellery designs. Specialising in one of- a-kind pieces and maximalist luxury. With over a decade in the jewellery industry, Emma also provides creative services for independent jewellery designers.
