Echoes - Despo Sophocleous
Always in a state of change and transformation, we carry memories of place with us wherever we go. Collecting and storing information, mapping and documenting movement, Despo's latest explorations are the echoes left behind.
Working with walnut, cherry and ash, each pendant is made up of individual and movable elements, relating and communicating with the one next to it, through it and in between. Movement and sound come together as it is worn on the body.
