Final Call for Applications: The Contemporary Craft Festival 2020

The Contemporary Craft Festival is one of the UK’s largest and most loved craft events, which sees 200 diverse and talented makers of contemporary craft selling directly to up to 10,000 members of the public. The Festival includes Start UP, a specially designed area for businesses in the early stages of their career.
Open to makers from across the UK and Ireland working to the highest standards in ceramics, glass, textiles, jewellery, metal, wood, plastics, mixed media, leather, recycled materials and paper. No paintings, photography or musical instruments. Greetings cards are only accepted as part of a range, not the sole product. Full criteria is on our website. The Festival is selected by an independent panel of industry professionals.
The festival is set in a marquee village in idyllic parkland on the edge of Dartmoor in South Devon with excellent transport links via road, train and air. Our additional on-site educational programme includes demonstrations by some of the UK’s leading craft practitioners and workshops for all ages.

Final Call for Applications in the StartUP marquee at the multi award-winning Craft Festival in Bovey Tracey. Craft Festival hosts multiple prestigious craft events in South West England and South Wales. Craft Festival Bovey Tracey is our Flagship Festival and is one of the UK’s largest and most loved craft events, hosting 200 diverse and talented makers of contemporary craft selling directly to over 10,000 people. StartUP, is a specially curated area for businesses in the early stages of their career and offers an outstanding opportunity to exhibit alongside the main exhibitor stands at a reduced rate.
StartUP Application Criteria
You work in one of the mediums below and are in the first 2 years of business which commenced after 1 January 2018. You will be working to the highest standards in ceramics, glass, textiles, jewellery, metal, wood, plastics, mixed media, leather, recycled materials and paper. No paintings, photography or musical instruments. Greetings cards are only accepted as part of a range, not the sole product. Full criteria is on our website.
