School of Jewellery Artist in Residence Opportunity 2017

The School of Jewellery is pleased to announce that applications to the Artist in Residence (AiR) mentoring scheme scheduled for September 2017 to August 2018 is now open.

About the Residency

The position offers space and facilities in exchange for student support one day per week.

You will be given access to bench space and the School’s outstanding facilities for the duration of the residency, for which there is no charge.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop new work and technical skills in a creative environment, through collaboration with the Artist in Residence team.

You will also have the chance to exhibit your work at the Vittoria Gallery in the School of Jewellery and engage with the rich and vibrant community at the School.

Please note that overseas applicants are responsible for ensuring they have an independent visa in place at the time of application to cover the academic year. The University cannot enter into any dialogue with UK visas and immigration in respect to visa application.
