We have extended the deadline for our Jewellery 2-day intensive, fully-subsidised production workshops.

CFE Jewellery P1 programme empowers London-based designer businesses with the best tools and practices to successfully navigate their way through the production process.

If you are London-based and looking for support on your production process - apply for 2 days of expert workshops.

To qualify, you need to:

– Be registered and operating in a London borough
– Have been trading for at least 12 months

Jewellery P1, is a 2-day intensive workshop, created to help small jewellery designer-maker businesses ready themselves to work with larger scale suppliers.

Covering a range of topics, businesses will be empowered with the knowledge and tools to help respond to the changes in the jewellery market today.

About the Course

Are you interested in moving your designer maker business to the next level, but unsure how to go about it? 

The Jewellery Production 1 workshop (Jewellery P1) has been created to help small jewellery designer-maker businesses ready themselves to work with larger scale suppliers and respond to the changes in the jewellery market today.

This two day intensive course will cover a range of topics designed to provide attendees with the knowledge and tools to help increase profitability, maximise time and attract new customers; exploring some of the ways in which you can extract more value from your business, without diluting your brand.

What Does the Course Include?

The fully subsidised programme provides expert workshops across two consecutive days.

Topics covered will include:

  • What makes a Designer-Maker?
  • Jewellery market overview
  • Understanding the influence of Fashion
  • Optimising time and profitability
  • Sourcing manufacturers
  • How to delegate effectively
  • Defining brand value
  • Costing
  • Business model planning

A one to one diagnostic will be available for each business completing the workshop, to help explore some of the themes and issues of the sessions

Who Can Apply?

Eligibility

To qualify, you need to:

  • Be registered and operating in a London borough

  • Have been trading for at least 12 months

Businesses attending the workshop need to be trading for at least 12 months and must be registered and operating in a London borough.

These workshops are aimed at small designer-maker businesses who would like to sell to larger stores and/or increase production capacity and profitability

The programme is currently open for application.
