Applications are invited for The Guild of Enamellers 10th Anniversary Bursary Award 2019. This prestigious award, which is now attracting record numbers of applicants, has a generous prize fund and is a wonderful opportunity for new enamellers to showcase their enamelling skills.

Due to the generosity of our sponsors, the Award winner will have a free place at the Guild of Enamellers Conference in April 2019 (sponsored by WG Ball Ltd.) with the opportunity to exhibit their work and enter for a range of awards. The prize fund also includes editorial and promotion in the Guild’s journal and website; tools & equipment from Vitrum Signum and Proops Bros. Ltd; membership of both the Guild and the British Society of Enamellers; sample enamel sets courtesy of Milton Bridge Ceramic Colours Ltd; access to the extensive Guild library and a set of Guild teaching DVDs.

We are grateful to WG Ball Ltd (enamel manufacturer & suppliers), Vitrum Signum (enamel suppliers), Proops Bros. Ltd (tools supplier), Milton Bridge Ceramic Colours Ltd (enamel manufacturers) and The British Society of Enamellers for sponsoring the 2019 award. Their sponsorship is pivotal in allowing the Guild to support up and coming enamellers and ensuring that young enamellers are nurtured and promoted in this challenging and demanding medium.
