Jewellerybox accredited as a Good Work Standard employer

jewellerybox have become one of London’s official Good Work Standard employers.

The online retailer believes this is an important recognition of their commitment to their people and also reflects the many ways in which they are striving for the best possible working conditions for their employees. 

The panel was also impressed that jewellerybox offers a range of free mentoring services to black owned businesses in areas such as setting up a business, digital marketing, and website optimisation. The panel was also pleased to see that jewellerybox had become a Living Wage accredited employer whilst working towards the Good Work Standard, a clear indication of a strong commitment to fair working practices.

“Although we are very proud to have reached the Achievement status of the Good Work Standard, over the next 12 months we are going to focus on 'skills and progression' and 'diversity and recruitment', with the goal of achieving the ‘excellence’ standard in the near future. Having a diverse and inclusive workforce is hugely important to us”,
