A new British jewellery label creating multifunctional 3 in 1 jewellery pieces inspired by the luminosity and transient nature of the full moon.

Set up by Hinna Azeem, who is the creative director at H.AZEEM London, Lux of London is all about jewellery that can transform and be worn in many different ways. Turn rings into pendants, pendants into bangles and seamlessly back again in a matter of seconds using simple mechanisms of clips, loops and slides. Just like transient nature and luminosity of the moon phases, every Lux lets the wearer change their look to suit their mood and time.

Their jewellery is designed for the modern woman who wants to express her own individuality and power of choice. The transformable pieces open up a whole new world of unique and stylish options. The 22 piece collection, named Sakura, comprises of necklaces, rings, bangles, cuffs and earrings.

The Sakura collection
A long time ago a legendary goddess sprinkled seeds across her mountain, that spring and every year after they bloomed magnificently. Every year the bloom captures the hearts of everyone who lays eyes upon them and so the whole land celebrates the spectacular occasion, from the first flowering until the last petal drops. It is a festival of beautiful views and relaxation.

Taking inspiration from the bloom, the new collection, Sakura, is an enduring metaphor for the ephemeral nature of life and just like the dazzling show the collection is truly a sight to behold!

The 4 versatile pieces in this collection are Sakura’s Fan, Sakura’s Moon, Sakura’s Bridge and Sakura’s Royal. Each Lux in the collection can be placed on a bangle, ring or pendant.

Sakura’s Fan Lux is available in blue topaz or smoky quartz set in sterling silver. This design is an abstract version of Japanese Fan’s often showing casing the beautiful colours of Japanese Blossom. Additional pieces to this set include matching blue topaz, smoky quartz earrings, bangle and ring.

Sakura’s Moon Lux features white topaz, citrine, amethyst and smoky quartz with a baguette cut stone setting. Inspired by the Lux itself the cut of the stone creates delicate lunar like rays.

Sakura’s Bridge Lux is a dazzling architectural piece with rose quartz gemstones or citrine gemstones set on silver. This can be paired with the matching earrings and also the classically abstract version of the bangle/ring.

Sakura’s Royal Lux like the moon is a simple round piece.  Gemstones set in sterling silver, inspired by the colours of the cherry blossom this is available in a large range of gemstone options: rose quartz, amethyst, smoky quartz, blue topaz or citrine.

The 22 piece collection, named Sakura, comprises of necklaces, rings, bangles, cuffs and earrings. Taking inspiration from the bloom itself, the new collection is an enduring metaphor for the ephemeral nature of life and just like the dazzling show the pieces are truly dazzling.
