Stonehouse are a leading trade only bespoke jewellery manufacturer and casting company. Our commitment to quality and creativity has earned us a distinguished reputation in the industry. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Jewellery CAD Designer to join our team.
Role Overview
As an Experienced Jewellery CAD Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing bespoke jewellery creations to life. You will work closely with our design and production teams to create detailed and precise CAD models and rendered images.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D CAD models of jewellery designs from concept sketches and customer specifications.
- Collaborate with the workshop to ensure designs are feasible for production.
- Modify and refine designs based on feedback to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional outcomes.
- Prepare technical drawings and renderings for client presentations and production.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in jewellery design and CAD software.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Jewellery CAD Designer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following CAD software; Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, ZBrush or similar.
- In-depth understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes and tolerances.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
