Paid Internship (Studio Manager) with Museum Design Consultancy in Margate, Kent

Studio Manager, six month paid internship possibly leading to a full time position.

HKD specialises in design for Museums and Exhibitions. We have an International client base with current projects in Singapore and Detroit as well as in the UK. We are expanding and relocating our design studio from London to the seafront in Margate.

The new studio is part of the cultural regeneration of Margate, we are planning to build strong community links and will be hosting a series of art and design events in our new gallery. You will be working as part of the team to establish the new studio with its gallery and meeting room.

We are looking for someone with great business skills who is passionate about Art and Cultural Heritage.

Good administration and communication skills are required.

Good Microsoft Office skills are required.

Knowledge of fundraising or marketing an advantage.

Creative energy and enthusiasm are required.

This internship is for a period of up to 6 months.

There may be the chance to apply for a full time position We will pay a weekly allowance of £250.00.
