Ceremonial Umbrella Commission, Plymouth City Council Arts/Barbican International Jazz Festival

Ceremonial Umbrella Commission: The Arts Unit, Plymouth City Council and The Barbican International Jazz and Blues festival are looking to commission a ceremonial umbrella.

This year the Festival will be taking place from the 1st -9th May. The Umbrella will be presented to the Lord Mayor ahead of the Grand Festival Jazz Parade on Bank Holiday Monday 3rd May. The umbrella will provide a focal point leading the head of the parade and we are looking for customised and embellished designs grand enough for the occasion.

Commission Fee: £300 for the design and production of 1 umbrella.
