Shell LiveWIRE Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2009 - Open for Entries

The Shell LiveWIRE Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2009 is now open for entries. The award offers young aspiring entrepreneurs aged 16-30 within the first 18 months of trading the opportunity to receive a cash injection of £10,000 for their business. The winner will then be announced at the 'Shell LiveWIRE Live' event in London on the 27th October where a host of young entrepreneurs will be invited to participate in a series of workshops throughout the day.

The closing date for applications is the 11th September 2009.

In addition every month, up to five aspiring young entrepreneurs can apply for a no-strings-attached financial boost of £1,000 to help them get their business ideas off the ground in the Shell LiveWIRE Grand Ideas Awards.
