Imogen Belfield

Inspired by her surroundings, Imogen's experimentalist jewellery takes influence from both architecture and nature combined - from the tallest building to the shyest flower. Delicate porcelain fragments are enrobed in the textured metals of bronze, silver and gold to dramatic effect, creating breathtaking yet wearable pieces.

Working with porcelain, gemstones, metals, dyes and glaze and creating casts from paper, plastics and even fruits, Imogen Belfield aims to create work that is at once beautiful and challenging; modern yet classic, bold yet subtle.

A jewellery graduate from the Sir John Cass School of Art & Design, her work has won awards from the British Jewellery Association, The Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths and South Square Trust alike. She has exhibited to great acclaim at Coutts London Jewellery week and London Fashion Week and her collections have been selected by Kabiri for inclusion in their London stores.

Imogen's latest collection ‘Rockoko' has been selected by Harvey Nichols, and most recently she has been chosen to exhibit at New Desginers One Year On 2010 at the Islington Business Design Centre London.
