Marketing and Development Manager, Cultural Co-Operation – London
Cultural Co-operation (CC) is a London-based arts and education charity dedicated to uniting the world's peoples through arts and culture. The Marketing and Development Manager (MDM) will take lead responsibility within the organisation for devising and delivering annual Marketing and Development plans, within a medium-term strategy 2010-2014 developed with the Chief Executive, Programme Managers and designated members of CC's voluntary Board. CC's new five-year Business Plan, launched in October 2009, informs this strategy.
The CC team is a small one, of core admin staff and Programme Managers supported by career apprentices (CAs), academic work placements (AWPs), and volunteers. Team members work closely together in an attractive office in East London (Zone 1) and support each other through a fluid pattern of working that adapts as different tasks and activities emerge.
