Boutique Manager, Fine Jewellery - London

Main Purpose Of The Job:
To develop sales, ensuring efficient and profitable day to day management of the Boutique in accordance with set goals and standards. To manage and develop the Boutique staff, ensuring that standards of sales, customer service, product care, personal presentation and teamwork are maintained.
Essential Experience:
Minimum of 3 years management experience in Fine Jewellery, including sales development and staff management
Proven experience of working to and achieving set objectives and sales targets

Excellent management skills, including managing a small team of staff
Excellent selling skills
Excellent customer service skills together with an enthusiastic and flexible approach towards tasks, clients and colleagues
Excellent communication skills, together with the ability to diplomatically and courteously liaise effectively at all levels
Energetic and self-motivated with the capacity to quickly acquire sufficient, relevant product knowledge
Smart and well-groomed appearance
